At Packamor, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and securely. Please review our shipping policy below for detailed information regarding processing times, shipping methods, and delivery terms.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently offer free delivery across the United States on all orders, regardless of value or weight.

At this time, we do not ship internationally.

Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and similar island locations due to carrier restrictions.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Standard Orders: Most orders are processed and shipped within 3–4 business days.
  • Custom Orders: Processing times may extend up to 2 weeks, depending on the customer’s communication speed, design approval, and finalization process.

We make every effort to fulfill orders promptly. However, unexpected delays (such as weather conditions or carrier issues) may occasionally occur.

3. Split Shipments

A single order may be shipped in multiple packages and may originate from different warehouses, depending on product availability and fulfillment location. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment when applicable.

4. Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted delivery partners including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and Lasership to ensure timely and reliable delivery.

All orders are shipped with a tracking number, which will be provided to you via email once your order has been dispatched.

5. Delivery Estimates

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but most U.S. deliveries are completed within 3–7 business days after dispatch. Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
