Yes, the easy crimp pump spray variant requires crimping by the customer. We provide the necessary crimping tool with your order to facilitate this process.

Yes, we do offer standard crimp spray pumps; however, assembling these requires specialized machinery.

Customisation

Once we receive your design, our team will prepare print-ready files within 1–2 business days and send them to you for approval before proceeding with printing.
While we recommend our standard bottles for their proven quality and design, we also welcome ad-hoc or custom requests.

Please feel free to share your specific requirements, and we’ll do our best to accommodate them.
Once you place your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email.
You can simply reply to that email with your logo or design files. Alternatively, you can send them directly to info@packamor.com, making sure to include your order number for reference.

Yes, we offer professional design services at an additional cost of $300. Our experienced design team will create a custom design tailored specifically for your brand.
Please note that designs typically appear slightly lighter on computer, laptop, or mobile screens. As a result, printed packaging may look a shade darker than the original digital design.

This is a common and expected outcome in the printing process and does not indicate any issue with the quality of your packaging.
While we do not provide physical samples of customized packaging boxes, we do share a photo of a printed sample box for your approval prior to bulk production.

Please note that this service is available exclusively for bulk orders.
Once the print-ready design has been approved, it goes into production and we will not be able to change the design after approval or cancel an order once it goes into production.
Yes, our labels can be customized to fit any bottle size. Please note that for labels exceeding 2.25 square inches, an oversized label charge will apply.
All components of the Discovery Set—sleeve, holder, and tray—can be customized.
The standard charge listed on the product page covers customization of the sleeve only. Customization of the tray and holder is available at an additional cost, which varies based on the order quantity.

We offer a range of bottles in the following sizes: 2 ml testers, 10 ml, 25 ml, 30 ml, 50 ml, and 100 ml. Each bottle features a unique aesthetic design and can be paired with your choice of cap, crimp spray, packaging box, and label.

Our cap options include gold, silver, black, ash wood, and walnut wood, and you can select between the standard or easy crimp spray pump.

Additionally, both the packaging box and labels can be fully customized to suit your branding needs.

At the moment, we don’t offer customization on the bottles themselves, but we do provide customization options for the packaging—including boxes and labels. If you’d like to explore those options, we’d be happy to assist.

Our products are supplied in standardized packaging units, with fixed quantities that vary depending on the product.

For example, the Victor bottle is packaged in cartons of 70 units. To maintain product integrity and minimize the risk of damage during handling and transit, we are unable to break these cartons into smaller quantities.

However, you are welcome to order in multiples of the standard pack size. In the case of Victor bottles, available quantities would be 70, 140, 210, 280, and so on.
We currently offer 8 ml and 10 ml roll-on bottles in both round and square shapes. All our boxes are designed for easy self-assembly, and you’ll be able to fold them on your own without any hassle.

We offer two types of packaging boxes for perfume bottles: top tuck and front tuck styles.
Both options are available with either a glossy or matte finish, allowing you to choose the look that best suits your brand.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of receipt for incorrect items delivered (e.g., ordered Product A but received Product B) or if the products arrive damaged. You can access our refunds policy here: https://www.packamor.com/policies/refund-policy
You may contact us to request an order cancellation. However, please note the following:

- Shipped Orders: If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
- Custom Products: For custom-made items, cancellations and refunds are not available once processing or printing has begun.
- Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only issued in cases of genuine errors on our part (e.g., incorrect item, etc.).
- Design Approval: Once the print-ready design has been approved, it goes into production and we will not be able to cancel an order once it goes into production.
