Yes, we do offer standard crimp spray pumps; however, assembling these requires specialized machinery.

The easy crimp spray pump is our most popular option, especially among those starting out, due to its ease of assembly and convenience.

Do all the orders receive a free crimp tool?

Yes, we include an easy crimp tool with bottle orders that use our easy crimp spray pumps. This tool is specifically designed to secure the easy crimp spray pumps onto our bottles with minimal effort.

If you’re using the standard crimp spray pump, the easy crimp tool isn’t required, as those pumps are typically crimped using a crimping machine.

Can I customise bottle size?

Answer

While we recommend our standard bottles for their proven quality and design, we also welcome ad-hoc or custom requests.

How do I customize my boxes and labels?

Answer

Once you place your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. You can simply reply to that email with your logo or design files. Alternatively, you can send them directly to info@packamor.com, making sure to include your order number for reference.

Once we receive your design, our team will prepare print-ready files within 1–2 business days and send them to you for approval before proceeding with printing.

The shade of the printed colour box is different.

Answer

Please note that designs typically appear slightly lighter on computer, laptop, or mobile screens. As a result, printed packaging may look a shade darker than the original digital design.

This is a common and expected outcome in the printing process and does not indicate any issue with the quality of your packaging.

Will I able to order a sample of a customised packaging box?

Answer

While we do not provide physical samples of customized packaging boxes, we do share a photo of a printed sample box for your approval prior to bulk production.

Will I be able to change my design after approval?

Answer

Once the print-ready design has been approved, it goes into production and we will not be able to change the design after approval or cancel an order once it goes into production.

Do labels come in different sizes?

Answer

Yes, our labels can be customized to fit any bottle size. Please note that for labels exceeding 2.25 square inches, an oversized label charge will apply.

Can we custom print the sleeve, interior insert and the box tray of the discovery set?

Answer

All components of the Discovery Set—sleeve, holder, and tray—can be customized.
The standard charge listed on the product page covers customization of the sleeve only. Customization of the tray and holder is available at an additional cost, which varies based on the order quantity.

Can you print artwork on the inside and the outside of the perfume box?

Answer

Yes, we do continue to handle projects that require two-sided full-color printing. When you place an order for custom boxes, we can print on the exterior of the box as well as two sides of the interior.

Please note that two-sided printing may involve additional charges, so we recommend discussing your specific requirements with our customer service team when exploring customization options. We're happy to guide you through the process and provide a detailed quote based on your needs.

Question 15

How will I know what my custom perfume box will look like before finalizing my order? Will I get a proof before printing?

Answer

To keep things simple and transparent, we make sure you're never left guessing about how your box will turn out. We provide 2D and 3D mockups of your packaging based on the final approved design. This allows you to review your box inside and out, from every angle, before moving to production.

If you need changes after reviewing the mockups—such as switching from cardstock to corrugated cardboard—our graphic and structural design team is happy to assist at no additional cost.

Once we receive and verify your project specifications, a member of our customer service team will get in touch with a free quote. During this stage, you’re welcome to ask questions about artwork, mockups, and any other aspect of the project. After confirming the project scope and pricing, we’ll send over an invoice with multiple payment options to finalize your custom box order.

Once the invoice is settled, we’ll begin creating 2D and 3D mockups based on your submitted design. Our team can also offer suggestions or revisions if needed. If you don’t have a design yet, our experienced graphic designers are happy to help you build one from scratch—tailored to your product dimensions and style, whether it’s a mailer box, perfume box, or retail packaging.

Production begins only after you’ve approved the mockups. We’ll keep you informed about the production timeline and ensure timely delivery once your order is complete.

Why can't I order the quantity of my choice?

Answer

Our products are supplied in standardized packaging units, with fixed quantities that vary depending on the product.

For example, the Victor bottle is packaged in cartons of 70 units. To maintain product integrity and minimize the risk of damage during handling and transit, we are unable to break these cartons into smaller quantities.

However, you are welcome to order in multiples of the standard pack size. In the case of Victor bottles, available quantities would be 70, 140, 210, 280, and so on.

We currently offer 8 ml and 10 ml roll-on bottles in both round and square shapes. Discovery set boxes are a popular and effective way to offer 2 ml perfume samples to prospective customers. We currently offer three standard formats—boxes designed to hold 3, 4, or 5 bottles. On request, we can also provide a 6-bottle version.

These boxes are crafted from 4pt Virgin Cardstock (350 gsm board), offering both durability and a premium feel. Each box includes a custom insert with dedicated cavities based on the number of bottles, ensuring a secure and elegant presentation.

By default, they feature a silky matte finish, though a glossy option is available upon request. While they typically come in white, they can be fully customized with your designs to match your brand aesthetic.

For smaller bottles, we also offer a screw-type spray pump, which is very simple to use and doesn’t require any crimping.

If you have access to a crimping machine, you can go for the standard crimp spray pump. Otherwise, the easy crimp spray pump is a great choice—we provide a crimp tool with your order and also offer a step-by-step tutorial to guide you through the process.
